摘　　要：目的探讨重建股骨矩加长柄人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆粉碎骨折的方法及临床疗效。方法对本组15例年龄75岁以上老年股骨粗隆粉碎骨折的患者,均采用重建股骨矩加长柄人工股骨头置换并获成功随访。结果 15例术后均未出现并发症。经6～36月随访,未发现假体松动、下沉及假体周围骨折。髋关节功能Harris评分优良率96.5%。结论高龄股骨粗隆粉碎骨折重建股骨矩加长柄人工股骨头置换稳定性更好,恢复快,功能好,可早期负重行走,大大减轻护理难度,减少长期卧床并发症。Objeective Discuss the rebuilding femoral torque extended handleartificial thigh bone replacement therapy at the femoral fractures of coarse crushing augmentation method and clinical curative effect.Methods The total 15 cases over aged 75 femoral coarse crushing augmentation elderly patients,all use fracture reconstruction femoral torque lengthen handle artificial thigh bone resplacement and the success follow-up.Results 15 cases were all did not appear postoperative complication.Through 6~36 months of follow-up,did not found prosthesis loose、sinking and prosthesisAround fractures.Harris hip score dykes 96.5%.Conclusion Elderly femoral coarse crushing femoral fractures reconstruction guadranus torque extended handle artificiallyFemoral head replacement has better stability,faster recovery,good functionality,but early weight walk,greatly relieved nursing,reduce prolonged bed and difficulty hair disorder.
