摘　　要：目的探讨治疗不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的新方法。方法应用股骨LPFP钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折29例。结果术后随访4-25月﹙平均10.3月﹚,应用Sanders评分标准:优20例,良6例,一般1例,差2例,优良率89.66%。结论股骨LPFP钢板治疗老年非稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折是内固定的一个很好补充,操作简单,固定可靠。Objective To explore a new method for the treatment of unstable intertracanteric fracture.Methods 29 cases of elderly patients with unstable intertracanteric fracture were treated by LPFP plate.Results All patients followed up 4 to 25 months ﹙average 10.3 months ﹚,According to Sanders functional sores: the excellent 20 cases,good 6 cases,fair 1 case,poor 2 cases,the good and excellent rate was 89.66%.Conclusion LPFP plate is a good alernative method for the treatment of unstable intertrachanteric fractures in elderly patients,it produces firm fixation for intertracanteric fracture.
