摘　　要：借助硬度仪、光学显微镜、电子显微镜等分析测试手段,对叔丁醇不锈钢反应器罐体在运行过程中产生的裂纹形态、裂纹区及其附近的组织、成分等进行了分析,从化学成分、制造工艺因素等方面对裂纹的产生和扩展进行了研究.结果表明,封头的压制不当以及内部介质是生成热裂纹的主要原因.With the hardness tester,optical microscopy,electron microscopy and other analytical testing methods,the appeared crack shape,crack area and its vicinity ingredients during operation of tert-butyl alcohol stainless steel reactor tank are analyzed.From chemical constitutes,manufacturing processes and other factors,the production and expansion of cracks are researched.The results show that inappropriate suppressed head and internal media are the main causes of cracks.
