摘　　要：在电力市场环境下,无功功率的市场化管理是必然趋势,而无功定价作为管理的主要问题之一,对电力系统具有重要意义。针对我国电力系统中困扰中小水电的无功功率问题的现状进行了总结和分析,然后说明了在市场环境下水电厂进行无功计价的必要性,最后对关于水电厂无功功率生产成本的内容和计价方法进行了分析。In the context of power market,the strengthened management of reactive power is an inevitable trend,and as one of the main questions of management,the pricing of reactive is of great significance to the power system.This paper analyzes and summarizes the current problems in the reactive power management small and medium-sized hydropower plants face, and stresses the need for reactive power pricing for hydropower plants in the power market,finally,discusses the content and costing method of the reactive power production in hydropower plants.
