摘 要:分析了汽轮发电机组轴系在短路故障下的扭振机理,给出了各种短路故障的概率模型。结合最严重的三相短路故障,仿真计算了轴系各个质量块间的转矩变化;分析了轴系不同设计参数抗拉强度极限、相邻两轴段的直径D和d、及其过渡部分的圆弧半径r、内孔直径h对剪切应力的影响,找出了轴系的薄弱环节。分析和研究结果将为轴系设计提供基准,提高轴系抵抗风险的能力,该结果对其它类似故障的分析也具有一定的参考价值。Mechanism of torsional vibration during short fault of generator set has been analyzed,and a probabilistic model of various kinds of short fault has been presented.The variation of torque of each mass block has been studied by simulation of the most serious three-phase short fault.The effect of different design parameters of the shaft system,such as limit tensile strength,diameter D and d of two adjacent shaft segments,arc radius r of the transition part r,diameter h of the inner bore,on the shear stress has been analyzed and then the weak link of the shaft has been found out.The results gives benchmark for the design of shaft system,so as to enhance risk-resisting ability of the shaft system.It is also of certain value for analysis of other faults.
