摘　　要：原二部程控交换机当外线打入电话无人接听或占线时,却被电信局计入费用造成话费浪费。针对以上问题,对该程控交换机进行了改造,使其与所在市话分局组成虚拟网,节省了话费和话务人员工作量,增加了电话显示和计费功能.When using an outer line to make a call,if the call is not answered or the ling is busy,the telecommunication burean will still take it into charge when using original two-parts program-controlled switchboard,so the telephone fare is wasted.Aimed at the problem above,such program-controlled switchboard has been reformed to build a virtual retwork together with the local telephone branch burean,thus to save telephone fare and reduce telephonist's workload,and to add caller ID display and charging function to it.
