摘　　要：金融作为现代经济中资源配置的核心,在一个国家的经济发展中具有十分重要的功能和地位。当前我国处在现代化的关键时期,农业的现代化水平直接影响着我国现代化的进程。为了有效地推动农业现代化,必须毫不动摇地坚持农村金融制度创新。As the core of the allocation of resources in modern economics,finance plays an important role in the economic developing of a country.In the important period to be modernized,the modernistic agriculture has great influence on our country's modernize.To carry forward the agriculture modernization effectively,we must insist on the innovation of rural finance system.
