摘　　要：推进文化创意产业规模化发展既是振兴河北文化事业的需要,也是加快河北经济发展方式转变,实现经济社会发展战略目标的重要途径。文章旨在通过科学审视河北省文化创意产业规模化发展的现状与问题,科学分析制约和障碍因素,尝试提出推进河北省文化创意产业规模化发展的具体对策,为政府科学决策和制定相应的政策提供参考。It is necessary for vitalizing the cultural industry of Hebei to promote the large scale development of the cultural creation and innovation industry.It is also the important path to speed up the transformation of the economic development of Hebei and realize the strategy aims of the social and economic development.By scientifically examining the present situation and problems of the large scale development of the cultural creation and innovation industry of Hebei and analyzing the restricting and obstructing factors,this article tries to put forward specific countermeasures for promoting the large scale development of the cultural creation and innovation industry of Hebei and offer reference for government to make scientific decision and policy.
