摘  要:目的优化1.5T磁共振成像仪行正常人臂丛神经弥散张量成像(DTI)及纤维束示踪(DTT)的最佳b值。方法对12名健康志愿者采用单次激发自旋平面回波序列行DTI成像,分别行5组b值(400、600、800、1 000、1 200 s/mm2)扫描。统计分析不同组别图像的信噪比(SNR)和DTT图像质量积分。结果 b=400 s/mm2时图像SNR最高,b=1 000 s/mm2时图像质量评分最高,且SNR为最高值的59.2%。不同b值下,C7神经根部分各向异性(FA)值为0.293±0.04~0.316±0.03,表观弥散系数(ADC)值随b值升高逐渐降低[(1.58±0.02)×10-3~(1.11±0.03)×10-3mm2/s]。结论采用1.5T磁共振成像仪行臂丛神经DTI及DTT成像是可行的,选用b=1 000s/mm2时能满意显示臂丛神经。Objective To obtain the optimal b value for scanning healthy adult brachial plexus using 1.5T magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) and diffusion tensor tracking(DTT).Method A total of 12 healthy volunteers were selected by single-shot echoyplanar DTI with 5 different b values(400,600,800,1000,and 1 200 s/mm2).The signal noise ratio(SNR) and quality score of DTT were statistically analyzed.Results The SNR was the highest with b=400 s/mm2.The quality score of DTT was the highest with b=1 000 s/mm2,when the SNR was 59.2% of the maximum.Fractional anisotropy(FA) was between 0.293± 0.04 and 0.316±0.03 for all b values.The apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) gradually decreased from(1.58±0.02)×10-3mm2/s to(1.11±0.03)×10-3mm2/s with increasing b values.Conclusion It's feasible for imaging the brachial plexus by DTI and DTT with 1.5T MRI scanner.The satisfactory imagings can be obtained with b=1 000 s/mm2.
