摘  要:目的应用速度向量成像(VVI)技术对2型糖尿病患者早期颈动脉弹性改变进行力学测量评估。方法选取50例2型糖尿病患者和50名健康志愿者,分别测量颈动脉长轴最大速度(Vmax)、最大应变(Smax)和最大应变率(SRmax),比较以上指标并分析与各项生化指标的相关性。结果糖尿病组的总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、尿微量白蛋白(UMA)均高于正常对照组,糖尿病组的Vmax和SRmax均较正常对照组小。SRmax与UMA呈负相关。结论 VVI可评价糖尿病颈动脉管壁运动,可较早检出临床未发现血管形态学改变的糖尿病患者功能障碍。Objective To quantitatively evaluate the early elasticity changes in carotid artery in patients with type 2 diabetes by using velocity vector imaging(VVI).Methods 50 cases with type 2 diabetes and 50 healthy volunteers as controls were selected to measure the maximum velocity(Vmax) of carotid artery long axis,maximum strain(Smax) and the maximum strain rate(SRmax).Results Total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),and urinary microalbumin(UMA) in the diabetic group were higher than those in the control group.The Smax and SRmax in the diabetic group were lower than those in the control group.The SRmax was negatively correlated with UMA.Conclusion VVI can be quantified for evaluation of diabetic carotid artery wall movement.It can early detect the dysfunction in diabetic patients with subclinical vascular morphological changes.
