摘　　要：目的:建立一种通过检测氧化苦参碱鉴别清热通淋片中苦参的方法。方法:HPLC法。色谱柱Genimi-C18(5μm,4.6nm×250nm),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=3.0)-甲醇(93:7),流速为0.8ml·min-1,柱温为35℃,检测波长为220nm,进样量为10μl.结果:供试品呈现与氧化苦参碱对照品色谱峰保留时间一至的色谱峰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:本实验方法分离效果好、专属性强、简便,可以用于控制清热通淋片的质量。Objective:To establish the method for the identification of Sophora flavescens in Qingretonglin Tablet by detecting Oxymatrin.Methods:HPLC method was adopted.The identification was performed on Genimi-C18(5μm,4.6nm × 250nm) column with mobile phase consisting of phosphate buffer solution(pH = 3.0)-methanol(93:7) at the flow rate of 0.8ml· min-1.The column temperature was 35℃.The detection wavelength was 220nm and the injection volume was 10μl.Results:At the same retention time,the test sample exhibited the same chromatographic peak as the Oxymatrin reference substance,which was free from the interference of the negative control substance.Conclusion:Simple,highly specific and with satisfactory separation results,the method was competent for the quality control of Qingretonglin Tablet.
