摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理对腭裂患儿术后语音恢复的影响。方法:通过运用整体护理程序对患儿实施术前、术后护理,有效进行语音指导,通过语音矫正训练纠正发音习惯,使患者提语言交流的能力。结果:患者发音习惯得到较快的改善,语音清晰度有明显提高。结论:整体护理可提高腭裂患者语音治疗的配合度,并促使患者正确发音。Objective:To investigate the effect of holistic nursing care to children with cleft palate speech.Methods:The preoperative,postoperative care were performed with the program of holistic nursing care,to give effective voice guidance to the paitents,which can correct the pronunciation through voice training and correct the bad habits,and patients can mentioned the ability to communicate.Results:The patients with bad pronunciation habits improveed significantly in speech intelligibility.Conclusion:Holistic nursing care can improve cleft palate speech rapidly,and which also can prompted the patients to correct pronunciation.
