摘　　要：讨论了旋转对称函数在归一化Haar变换域中的谱特性,提出了基于归一化Haar变换检测旋转对称函数的新方法.该方法具有易于计算机编程操作以及可以同时检测多种其他特殊逻辑函数等优点.The spectral feature in the normalized Haar transform area of the rotation symmetric function is discussed.A new method for detecting the rotation symmetric function based upon the normalized Haar transform is presented.This method has several advantages such as simplicity,easy programmability on computers and possible detecting many other special logic functions.
