摘　　要：从阳极保护技术的应用拓展和智能化、信息化两方面介绍硫酸工业中阳极保护技术的最新进展。分述了阳极保护不锈钢循环酸储槽、阳极保护碳钢成品酸储槽、阳极保护酸冷却器漏酸监测仪、阳极保护分酸器液位监测装置和阳极保护远程监控、预警及故障诊断系统。其中阳极保护远程监控、预警及故障诊断系统借助当今先进的信息化技术,将物联网技术引入阳极保护设备管理,可对阳极保护设备实施远程、实时、动态监控,以及远程维护和故障诊断。Recent advances in anodic protection technology for sulphuric acid industry are described from two aspects,application extension,and intelligentization and informatization.Anodically protected stainless steel circulation acid tank,anodically protected carbon steel product acid tank,acid leak detector for acid cooler, liquid level monitor for acid distributer and remote monitoring,alarm,fault diagnosis system for anodic protection are introduced.With the help of today's informatization technology,the remote monitoring,alarm and diagnosis system for anodic protection incorporates internet of things technology into the management of anodically protected equipment to provide remote,real-time and dynamic monitoring,as well as remote maintenance and fault diagnosis for anodically protected equipment.
