摘　　要：图书馆作为现代社会的一个重要信息资源中心,其服务品质与读者的成长密切相关。本研究根据读者成长特点,将其划分为学生读者、教师读者、研究读者三种类型。针对不同类型的读者成长的特点,提出相应的服务对策。The library is an important information resource center in modern society,whose quality and service are closely related to the readers’growth.This article focused on the relationship between the service of the library and the growth of the readers in higher vocational colleges.Readers were divided into three major types based on their growth characteristics,which were studentreaders,teacher-readers and research-readers.Correspondingly,some service countermeasures were proposed according to different types of readers.
