摘　　要：VPN技术能够安全、灵活、经济地接入虚拟局域网,具有强劲的认证功能、有效地加密保障和长久地稳定性。本研究对VPN技术的基本概念,技术特点进行了阐述,并以锐捷RG-WALL 160防火墙为例讲述了VPN技术在吉林省农业科学院信息化建设中的应用。VPN technology can have safe,flexible and economical access to virtual local area network,with strong authentication function,effective encryption security and long-term stability.In this paper,the basic concept and technical characteristics of the VPN were elaborated,and in addition,the application of the VPN technology in the information construction in Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences was described,using RG-WALL 160 firewall as an example.
