摘　　要：介绍了钢丝帘布病疵对轮胎质量的影响。通过数据调查分析了导致钢丝帘布病疵的设备因素,并提出了解决问题的有效措施。在保证各设备因素条件的前提下,才能生产出合格的钢丝帘布,减少了因钢丝帘布病疵而造成不合格轮胎。降低了轮胎生产过程中的废次品,提高了轮胎的性能。This paper intruduce the effect of steel cord fault in the quality of tire.By making data investigations,the equipment factor of steel cord fault was analyzed,and bring some effective methods to solve those problems.Only based on the premise that the equipment has good condition,can the qualified steel cord be producted,the quantity of unqualified tire were reduced.Decreased the waste product rate of tire greatly,improved the tire performance.
