摘 要:文章主要分析了高聚物薄膜的拉伸过程,研究了在不同加载速率下低密度聚乙烯薄膜纵向拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的变化规律。实验结果表明:用自制的手动拉伸仪器拉伸高聚物薄膜时,可以清楚的看到其屈服过程,并能分辨出横向与纵向拉伸现象的差别,而用机器拉伸时,无法明显观察到高聚物薄膜拉伸的整个过程,手动拉伸有助于观察与教学。The paper analyzed the stretching process of polymer film and the influence of loading rate on the tension properties of the low-density polyethylene film in longitudinal and landscape orientation was studied.The experimental results showed that there was not obvious observation to polymer film stretch of the entire process with machine,while manual stretching apparatus to stretch polymer film which could see a clear yield process and could also distinguish the different phenomenon,manual stretch which help to observing and teaching.
