围麻醉期癔症发作15例的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的:研究围麻醉期癔症发作的诊断与治疗措施。方法:针对围麻醉期癔症发作15例的资料,分析癔症的发病原因、临床表现及麻醉手术对患者的影响,通过诊断和鉴别诊断,分别予以治疗。结果:15例患者疗效满意,未发生不良后果。结论:围麻醉期癔症发作应及时与麻醉手术并发症相鉴别,作出正确治疗,避免产生严重后果。Objective:To study anesthesia hysterical attack diagnosis and treatment measures.Methods: Anesthesia hysterical attack in 15 cases,analysis the pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and anesthesia operation effect on patients.They were treated separately by the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Results:15 patients were satisfactory,no adverse consequences.Conclusion:Anesthesia hysterical seizures should be timely and anesthesia complications of operation phase identification,making the right treatment,to avoid serious consequences.
