摘　　要：自2008年金融危机以来,世界主要发达国家为了应对经济危机而开始发展战略性新兴产业。文章通过分析战略性新兴产业产生的背景以及战略性新兴产业的主要内容和特征,进而提出在战略性自主创新政策的指导下发展我国战略性新兴产业的必要性。Since the 2008's economy crisis,the main developed countries have taken the new strategic industry as the measures of dealing with the crisis.The paper analyzes the background of the new strategic industry and the main contents and features of the new strategic industry and then points out developing the China's new strategic industry under the guiding of the strategic independent innovation policy.
