摘　　要：文章基于对北京、上海、杭州、深圳、广州和武汉六个城市的调查,总结了科技中介机构的科技成果转化与推广情况,探讨了科技中介机构促进科技成果转化的积极作用,分析了目前科技成果转化不足的原因,并针对如何提高科技中介机构的科技成果转化服务功能提出了政策建议。Based on the survey of Sci-tech Intermediary Institutions of Beijing,Shanghai,Hangzhou,Shenzhen,Guangzhou and Wuhan,this paper summarizes the development of Sci-tech achievements transformation.Then explores the positive role of the Sci-tech Intermediary Institutions to transforming Sci-tech achievements and analyzes the causes of lacking transformation.Finally,we propose some corresponding countermeasures about how to improve the Sci-tech achievements transformation function of the Sci-tech Intermediary Institutions.
