摘　　要：文章结合养老保险制度的核心价值与农民工身份的定位考察了我国现行运作的农民工养老保险制度,指出我国现行农民工养老保险制度缺乏公平性、公正性和共享性,没有贯彻国民待遇原则,体系不完整。应该建立以全体公民统一均等均享为终极目标的全国统筹养老保险制度,贯彻养老保障制度中的国民待遇原则,建立农民工居住地身份认证制度和在国家养老保险制度基础上构建完整的农民工养老保障体系。The article studied the operation of our current pension system for the migrant workers by the combination with the pension insurance system's core values and identity of the migrant workers,pointing out that the China's current pension system for the migrant workers lacks fairness,impartiality and sharing and without the principle of national treatment and the complete system.The ultimate goal of the national co-ordination pension insurance system should be equal and unity for all citizens to enjoy,to effectively practice the principle of national treatment in the pension system,to establish the migrant workers residence authentication system and build a complete system of old-age security of the migrant workers on the basis of the national pension insurance system.
