摘　　要：随着城市居民收入提高以及生活节奏加快,越来越多的城市居民有休闲娱乐放松工作压力的需要,而近年来中国大城市外围旅游地产正呈现出蓬勃发展的态势也印证了这一点。因此,社会各界应该清醒地认识并把握这个大趋势,尤其是资源禀赋较差的欠发达农村地区,依托旅游风景区的开发,积极稳步健康地推进旅游地产的发展。文章以粤北地区——广东乳源瑶族自治县大布镇为例,对欠发达地区发展旅游地产的可行性进行研究。With city residents' income rise and the pace of life speeding up,more and more city residents call for the leisure entertainment to relax.In recent years,the tourism real estate in the suburbs of big cities also witnesses a vigorous development. Therefore,we should grasp the opportunities,especially for the resources endowment less-developed rural areas.We should rely on the development of the tourism to promote tourism real estate.This paper takes the North Guangdong—Dabu Town,Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County,Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province as an example to research the feasibility of the less-developed regions in tourism real estate.
