摘　　要：粤西地区与珠三角存在着的"经济血缘关系",是粤西地区经济崛起的有利条件。粤西地区应充分利用这种"经济血缘关系",实现其经济的崛起;应克服缺乏自主创新的信心和勇气的社会心理障碍,通过技术创新推动经济持续发展;政府要完善与经济政策配套的实施细则,纠正"低税负谬误",为粤西地区的经济崛起创造良好的制度环境。There is economic kinship between the west of Guangdong and the PRD,which is the favorable conditions for the economic rise of west of Guangdong.The west of Guangdong should take full advantage of this economic kinship so as to realize the economic rise.To realize the economic rise,it should overcome the lack of independent innovation and the social and psychological barriers;promote sustained economic development through technological innovation;and the government should implement relevant policies to support the development,so as to create a favorable institutional environment.
