摘　　要：国家政策日益重视城市群经济建设,但仅依靠原则性的指导政策,难以实现城市群经济的协调发展,需要具体稳固的法律制度予以保障。核心的法律制度应包含事先的规划制度、事中的组织制度和事后的利益分配与奖惩制度。逐步构建和完善城市群经济协调发展的法律制度,是推进城市群经济快速发展的必要保障。Nowadays,our country pays more attention to megalopolis economic construction.Megalopolis economic coordinated development not only relies on the principle guiding of national policy,but also need guarantee of specific solid legal system.The core of the legal system should include the planning system,the organization system,the distribute interests system,the rewards and punishment system.It is the necessary security to advance the megalopolis economic rapid development,that build and perfect the economic coordinate legal system gradually.
