摘　　要：新兴技术具有巨大的商业潜力,但是在全世界范围内,新兴技术商业化成功的比例仍然很低,这是因为新兴技术具有高度的不确定性,它表现在技术、市场、管理等各个方面。文章运用结构方程模型,从波特五力模型出发,对影响新兴技术商业化的各种内部环境因素进行实证分析,得出了不同因素对新兴技术商业化的影响程度及其相互之间的关系,从而为将新兴技术进行商业化的实践提供了相关的决策依据。New technology has enormous commercial potential,but the successful commercialization of new technologies is still few in the world.The reason is that the vital character of new technologies is uncertain,it refers to technique,marketing,management and otherwise.In this paper,it builds a model of the successful commercialization of new technology based on the environment and uses statistical analysis on various factors by structural equation model on the empirical research,so as to provide reference for judgment of possibility of new technology commercialization success.
