摘　　要：文章以江苏省农业现代化为背景,探讨当前江苏现代农业发展存在的问题与不足。围绕江苏农业现代化基本目标,提出实施乡镇科技管理体制创新工程、农业科技创新工程、农业科技推广工程、农业科技保障工程、农村科技人才工程和农民科技培训工程等科技促进现代农业发展战略和建设思路。Under the background of Jiangsu Province agricultural modernization,it analyzes the problems and shortcomings of Jiangsu modern agriculture.Around the basic target of Jiangsu agriculture modernization,and puts forward to carry out related development strategy,such as rural agricultural science and technology system reform project,agricultural science and technology innovation project,agricultural science and technology extension project,agricultural science and technology security project,agricultural science and technology talent project,agricultural science and technology training project.
