摘　　要：港口作为综合交通枢纽和旅客及货物集散地,在国民经济和区域经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用。我国把江苏沿海港口开发建设上升到国家战略高度,这是江苏沿海经济发展的重要机遇。目前,江苏沿海开发处于起步阶段,开发建设模式的选择决定了江苏沿海港口开发的方向。文章在介绍江苏沿海港口的现状和比较分析国内外港口战略联盟成功经验的基础上,对江苏沿海港口群建立战略联盟构筑现代组合港的模式进行了探讨。Port as the integrated transport hub,and passengers and cargo distribution,plays an important role in the national economy and regional economic development,China Jiangsu coastal port development and construction rose to the national strategic level,this is an important opportunity of the Jiangsu coastal economic development.Jiangsu coastal development is still in its infancy stage,the development and construction of model to choose decide the direction of the Jiangsu coastal port development.This paper introduces the status of the Jiangsu coastal ports and comparative analysis on the basis of the strategic alliance successful experience in domestic and foreign ports,the Jiangsu coastal ports to establish a strategic alliance to build a modern combination of port mode.
