摘　　要：《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法(修订草案)》的审议对于中国老年人合法权益及养老保障具有深远的影响。根据社会保障"十二五"规划纲要,推进养老制度创新和发展养老服务人才教育事业具有重大作用。The People's Republic of China Protecting The Rights and Interests of the Elderly Act(Amendment draft) consideration of the legitimate rights and interests of the aged and old-age security in China has a far-reaching impact.According to the social security 'Twelfth-Five-Year' program,promoting the old-age pension system innovation and development services talent education has a major role.
