摘　　要：一门学科的建设最重要的是用什么样的理论作为指导思想。人的发展经济学的建设应当用历史唯物主义的世界观和方法论指导,避免人本主义哲学思想的人的影响。因为人本主义是从抽象的人出发,因而也找不到走向人的全面而自由发展的规律和现实途径。应严格区别党的"以人为本"执政方针与人本主义,前者是依据历史唯物主义提出的,后者属于唯心历史观。人的全面而自由的发展不是基于抽象人性的主观设想,而是生产力发展决定的必然趋势;作为价值观只是客观规律的反映。所以,马克思强调人的解放"是一种历史活动,不是思想活动"。研究的道路应避免依据人性主观设计,应是从历史实际出发,研究社会主义建设实际,特别是研究我国改革开放后的建设实际,探索其中的规律性。The most important thing in the construction of a discipline is to choose what kind of theory as the guiding ideology.In the construction of the Economics on Human Development,historical materialism should be used as the guidance.We should avoid the affects from humanism because it is based on the abstract concept of human,it cannot reach the final goal of man's free and overall development.We should also make a clear understanding about the difference between 'human-oriented' and humanism.'Human oriented' is based on the historical materialism,and humanism is based on the historical idealism.Man's free and overall development is the inevitable of productive forces development;it is the reflection of natural law.Therefore,Marx emphasized that the liberation of human is a kind of historical activities but not thinking.The road of researching should avoid man's subjective design.We should study the reality of socialist construction based on the historical facts especially on the period of reform and opening up,so as to find the law in the development.
