摘　　要：文章在对国内外现有的平台理论和实践的研究基础上,分析了地方政府平台负债时地方经济造成的隐性债务风险,提出了搭建平台监管框架、提高基础设施建设的市场化程度、向经营性公司模式过渡、采用基于信用的市场借贷方式等对策建议。In this paper,on the basis of the existing platform theory research and practice,the invisible debt risk of the local economy caused by the platform debt risk of local government is analyzed.Suggestions are proposed such as establishing supervision mechanism of platform risk,improving the marketization of infrastructure,developing operating company and using credit loan in the financial market.
