摘　　要：产业集群的良性健康发展对区域经济起到良好的推动作用,而盲目竞争、不正当竞争将严重影响集群的可持续发展并危害市场经济秩序。文章通过对以江山消防器材集群为代表的中小产业集群不正当竞争现象的研究,以创新的视角从集群治理模式与机制两个方面入手,探讨治理产业集群内部不正当竞争的新途径以实现集群的可持续发展。The positive development of industrial cluster plays a significant role in promoting local economy.However,the sustainable development of industrial cluster and order of market economy will be significantly affected by unbridled and unfair competition.In this paper,case-study will be applied to investigate and analyze the unfair competition phenomenon of small and medium industrial clusters represented by fire equipment industrial cluster in Jiangshan.After this,new practical routes will be discussed as innovative perspectives from governance pattern and mechanism,to address internal unfairly competition as well as achieve sustainable development in industrial cluster.
