我国养老金缺口原因及对策分析

摘　　要：养老金缺口是阻碍养老保险制度健康发展的关键因素。文章从养老金缺口的原因分析,得出我国养老金缺口的主要原因是制度建设的缺失,并针对导致养老金缺口的不同原因,提出了增加个人缴费、增加战略储备金和适当延迟退休年龄等相应对策和建议。Pension shortfalls are the key factors hinder the healthy development of endowment insurance system.From the pension gap analysis of the causes,this paper draws a conclusion that the pension shortfalls in China are mainly due to the lack of system construction.And for different reasons,the paper proposes appropriate measures and suggestions such as increasing personal payment and strategic fund and delay retirement.
