摘　　要：通过分析维益食品(苏州)有限公司IT系统现状和运维情况,指出其存在的问题,并提出采用vSphere技术在该公司内部部署私有云.详细阐述了部署的私有云的整体架构、关键技术和P2V迁移过程.结果表明,私有云实现了该公司各类终端、服务器、网络等IT资源的无缝聚合,在提高IT资源利用率和运维效率的同时降低了IT系统的使用成本,缩短了扩展时间,让IT管理员更多的专注于应用层面的工作,更好的满足公司的业务需求.After analyzing the status of IT system of Richs(China),The shortcomings.The solution based on VMware vSphere is proposed to build the private cloud in Richs(China).The whole frame,the key technology and the P2V operation of private cloud are described in more detail.The results indicate that the private cloud realizes the seamless integration of hardware resource,such as all kinds of terminals,servers and the network.It improves the utilization of IT resource and the efficiency of maintenance,but the cost is reduced.The IT manager in Richs(China) can set more focus on the applicational work,and meet the company's business needs better.
