摘 要:肌酸对肌肉能量供应、促进蛋白合成、增加肌肉力量、增加瘦体重、提高短时间(<30秒)、大强度、间歇性运动成绩等方面有显著作用,对举重、自行车等项目效果明显,但对跑步、跳跃、游泳、球类等项目的效果存在争议,近年来研究表明肌酸对有氧运动也有一定效果.肌酸补充结合抗阻训练可以引起细胞水平和分子水平的改变.长达5年的研究表明肌酸对肝肾功能没有明显影响,但更长时间的影响还需进一步研究.Creatine plays an important role in supplying muscle energy,promoting muscle anabolism,increase muscle strength,increase lean body mass,improving athletic performances,especially in high intensity,intermitent events with short duration(<30second),such as weightlifting,bicycle.Creatine use in events,such as running,jumping,swimming and ball games is debatable.Recently it is proved that creatine may be useful for aerobic exercise.Recent studies show that creatine in combination with resistance training improves training adaptations at a cellular level and molecular level.Studies as long as 5 years show that creatine use does not affect liver or kidney function,but longer duration studies are needed to ascertain the impact of creatine.
