摘　　要：目的探讨甲基叔丁醚(MTBE)暴露对育龄女性月经周期及生殖内分泌激素的影响。方法采用病例对照研究方法,选取76名MTBE生产及使用车间的育龄女性作为MTBE暴露组、80名非MTBE暴露育龄女性作为对照组。收集MTBE暴露组和对照组的一般人口学特征、月经情况等。采用放射免疫法检测研究对象血清中的卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)和睾酮(T)水平,并进行血常规和肝功能检测。结果 MTBE暴露组育龄女性月经周期天数及经期持续天数与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=13.425,P=0.001;χ2=9.103,P=0.011),两组月经经量及痛经情况比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。MTBE暴露组血清E2水平高于对照组(t=2.596,P=0.010),MTBE暴露组血清T水平低于对照组(t=2.290,P=0.022)。MTBE暴露组血清FSH、LH、PRL和P水平与对照组相比,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MTBE暴露可干扰女性月经周期及月经持续时间,血清E2水平升高及T水平降低可能是MTBE影响育龄女性生殖内分泌功能的原因。Objective To study the effects of MTBE exposure on sex hormone levels in female.Methods 156 subjects including 76 exposed workers and 80 unexposed workers were recruited in onu study,demographic characteristics,menstrual and other information were collected.Routine blood test,urine and liver function tests were conducted.The serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),progesterone(P)and testosterone(T) were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results Variability of menstrual cycle length and menses duration in MTBE exposure group were significant when compared to the control group(χ2=13.425,P=0.001;χ2=9.103,P=0.011).Two groups of mestrual volume and dymenorrhea situation had no significant difference(P>0.05).The level of serum E2 in exposure workers were significantly higher than those observed in unexposured workers(t=2.596,P=0.010).The level of serum T in exposure workers were significantly lower than those observed in unexposured workers(t=2.290,P=0.022).There were no significant differences in the level of serum of FSH,LH,PRL and P between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions MTBE can affect the menstrual cycles and the menstrual duration days by increasing serum E2 and reducing serum T.
