摘　　要：国土资源部门户网站社会化服务作为国土资源部门户网站建设的重要内容,涵盖政务信息发布、网上交流互动平台建设、两权市场建设等,信息公开程度不断提高,在服务社会公众的同时又接受社会监督。本文将从部长信箱系统建设、矿业权市场网建设、国土资源政务信息整合发布、国土资源政民互动信息整合发布、社会效果等方面着手,介绍国土资源部门户网站社会化服务如何有效服务社会公众,如何让社会公众有效监督政府工作。The social services portal of the Ministry of Land and Resources,which covers the disclosure of government information,the construction of platform at the online interaction,and the two markets law,is an important composition in regard to the implementation portal of the ministry.With it the level of disclosure continues to improve,and it accepts social control when it was in public service.This article explains how to effectively serve the public with the portal website of the Ministry of Land and Resources,and how to make public the effective supervision of the work of the government by introducing the system of mailbox from the Minister,the market network of mining rights,the release of government information and interactive information integrated between the government and civil,as well as the aspects of the social effects...etc.
