摘  要:兴古7-H209井是油田公司兴隆台采油厂部暑在辽河断陷盆地西部凹陷中南段兴隆台潜山兴古7断块的一口重点大斜度定向井,主要目的层是太古界。本井设计井深4156.34m,完钻井深4557m。根据该井的上部地层易垮塌和粘卡的特点,在砂泥岩地层设计使用防塌能力好的有机硅钻井液体系;该井钻探的目的层主要为太古界潜山圈闭,针对兴隆台低潜山带地层压力系数较高(大约在1.25~1.30),裂缝发育的实际情况,设计使用以CaC2l做加重剂的卤水无固相钻井液体系。结果表明,该体系具有较强的抑制性和良好的防塌能力,保护油层效果好,满足了大斜度定向井的钻井液技术要求,为下一步的勘探和开发研究工作提供了依据。The Xinggu 7-H209 Well is a highly deviated directional well deployed by Xinglongtai Oil Production Factory of Liaohe Oilfield Company in the Xinggu 7 faulted block,Xinglongtai buried-hill zone,central south section of western depression,Liaohe defaulted depression basin.The main target zone is Archean.The planned total depth is 4156.34m,and the measured total depth is 4557 m.According to characteristics of the upper formation of this well,which is prone to collapse and sticking,an organosilicon drilling fluid system with good anti-collapse ability was designed in the sand and shale formation.The main drilling target zone of this well is the Archean buried-hill trap.In view of high formation pressure coefficient of Xinglongtai buried-hill zone(about 1.25 to 1.30) and the actual scenario of the fracture development,a brine solid-free drilling fluid system was designed with CaCl2 as the weighting additive.The result showed that the system had strong inhibition and anti-collapse ability,was excellent in protecting the reservoir,met technical requirements of drilling fluids in highly deviated directional wells,and provided foundation for further research work in exploration and development.
