聚合物驱前断块整体调剖在高凝油砂岩油藏的应用

摘  要:为了控制聚驱过程中聚合物窜流,辽河油田沈84-安12块静67-59断块实施了聚驱前整体深部调剖。选择聚合物酚醛树脂凝胶调剖剂,分三个段塞注入。聚驱前对10口井进行深部调剖,调剖厚度3.2-19.8m,调剖半径35~50m,调剖剂单井注入量在1980~7749m3,总调剖剂量为38166m3。调剖后10口井注入压力、启动压力上升,视吸水指数下降,平均改变量分别为+2.57MPa、+2.25MPa、-0.75m3/(d.MPa);10口井的测试数据表明调剖后吸水剖面大幅改善。For the purpose of controningpolymeer channellings in the course of polymer flooding,a program of all-area integrated indepth profile modification before pllymer flood was conducted in jing-67-59 block of Block Shen84-An12,Liaohe Oilfield.The profile modificator chosen was phenolic resin/polymer gelling fluids,and injected as three slugs.Profile modification jobs were performed in 10 wells with treating chickness 3.2-19.8 m,treating radium35-50 m,average volume of gelling fluids injected per well 1980-7749 m3,and totally 38166 m3.For the 10 injecting wells after the profile modification program finished,the initial and the normal injection pressure increased by 2.57 and 2.25 MPa,respectively,in average and the apparent water injectivity index was decreased by 0.75 m3/(d·MPa).The data of isotope determinations of the wells showed notable improvements in water injectivity profile in these wells.
