摘　　要："数字城市"是城市管理和规划体制的一次大变革。它是以计算机技术、多媒体技术为基础,借助云计算、物联网、传感网,运用遥感、全球定位系统、地理信息系统、遥测、仿真-虚拟等手段,对城市进行多分辨率、多尺度、多时空和多种类的3维描述,从而构建城市发展的数字环境,形成基于海量信息和智能过滤处理的新的生活、产业发展、社会管理等模式,构建面向未来的全新城市形态。The development of Digital City is a significant reformation of urban management and planning system.Based on the computer and multimedia technology,it is defined as illustrating cities in high-resolution,multi-scale and all-dimension way,technically assisted by remote sensing,GPS,GIS,telemetering and stimulation via cloud calculation and the Internet of things.It aims to build a digital environment for the city development,to optimize life,industry and management modes with the support of information gathering and data processing,and to construct a brand new city environment for its future competence.
