摘　　要：首先介绍了WebGIS的发展趋势及其用于洪水淹没模拟的优势,对TOPMODEL模型进行了简要介绍。根据目前对洪水淹没模拟需求及两者各自的优势提出了将两者结合起来的方法,构建了洪水淹没模拟系统。This paper introduces the development of WebGIS and its advantages in flood inundation simulation,and briefly introduces TOPMODEL.According to the requirement of flood inundation simulation and advantages of the two techniques,this paper put forward a way of combining these two techniques,and builds a flood inundation simulation system.
