摘　　要：介绍了一种应用于大功率行波管的多注阴极,阴极基底采用钨铼合金制备,阴极盐为2.4∶0.6∶1的铝酸盐,直接浸渍,对阴极表面采用磨加工,并进行离子刻蚀和镀膜,经过测试和应用,完全满足整管对阴极的需求。This paper presents a multi-beam cathode used in high-power TWT,which uses W-Re alloy fundus.The proportion of aluminate is 2.4∶0.6∶1 with directness dipping.It deals with the cathode surface for grinding,and then go along with ion cleanness and plating film.After test and application,the cathode can meet the TWT's request completely.
