环氧啉10%可湿性粉剂的液相色谱分析方法

摘　　要：采用硅胶色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,以正己烷/乙腈/二氯甲烷/异丙醇(70/10/10/10,v/v/v/v)为流动相,流速1.5 mL/min、检测波长265 nm,建立了环氧啉10％可湿性粉剂的高效液相色谱方法.环氧啉在1～50 mg/L范围内线性回归方程为y=144 814x-15 756,相关系数为0.999 9,平均回收率为99.1％,方法的标准偏差为0.04,变异系数为0.38％.方法快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于环氧啉10％可湿性粉剂产品质量的控制与分析.A normal-phase HPLC method was developed for the determination of cycloxylidin with a silica-gel column and an UV detector at wavelength of 265 nm.A mobile phase consisting of n-hexane / acetonitrile / dichloromethane / isopropanol(70 / 10 / 10 / 10,v / v) was used at a flow rate of 1.5 ml / min.The results showed that the 1inear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 with the concentration range from 0.02 to 20.0 mg / L,together with an average recovery of 99.1%,the standard deviation of 0.04 and the coefficient of variation of 0.38%.
