浅谈在手术室护理工作中实施舒适护理的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析在手术室护理工作中实施舒适护理的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的接受普通外科手术治疗的220例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(110例)和对照组(110例),为对照组患者进行常规护理,为观察组患者进行常规护理及舒适护理,将两组患者的舒适度、术中心理状态及对护理的满意程度进行评价和对比,并将对比结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果:经过一段时间的护理,观察组患者的不安、恐慌及焦虑等不良情绪明显减弱,其舒适度及对护理的满意度也明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在手术室护理工作中实施舒适护理的临床疗效显著,对缓解普通外科手术患者的不良情绪、提高其舒适度及对护理工作的满意度均具有十分积极的作用,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore nursing in operation room nursing should be comfortable for the clinical curative effects of. Method randomly selected undergoing general surgical operation in 220 patients were divided into observation group and control group, 110 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing, the patients in the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing implement comfortable nursing, comparing the two groups of patients with comfort, psychological state and nursing satisfaction. Results patients in observation group were comfortable nursing, the panic, anxiety, restlessness and other emotions significantly weakened, the nursing satisfaction and comfort level was also significantly better than the control group ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion the combined application of comfortable nursing in operation, can alleviate the patients' physical, psychological changes, and improve patient comfort and the satisfaction to the nursing work.
