摘　　要：无线应急通信的核心是无线信道的可用性,如何在突发时间、高速移动、复杂环境下提供稳定可用的系统是应用部门关注的重点。本文通过重点介绍采用COFDM技术和H.264技术的移动系统在应急通信中的应用,提出了在可变信道、可变环境、可变速率下需要关注的问题和相关的解决方案,更好地为应急通信提供相关建议。The wireless channel availability is the core of the wireless emergency communication,what the application department focus is how to provide a stable available system in the burst duration,high speed mobile and complex environment.This article introduces mobile system which use the COFDM technology and H.264 technology apply in the emergency communication,put forward the problems need to concern and relevant solutions in variable channel,variable environment,and variable rate,offering relevant suggestions for wireless emergency communication.
