摘  要:针对某电力实业总公司铸钢厂2 008t/h锅炉碎煤机环锤屡次破裂的问题,从理化分析入手,通过断口宏观检查、化学成份分析、力学性能测试及金相组织检验,试验结果为:化学成份中某些主要元素含量超标:冲击韧性αk大大低于标准值,硬度值偏高;金相组织中则有显微缩孔和大量大块沿晶界聚集的未溶碳化物,树枝晶明显,从而得出:该环锤破裂与冶炼成份、热处理工艺有密切关系(内因),尺寸改变及使用工艺是外因。To analyze the issue of coal crusher hammer repeatedly broken at the 600 MW power unit in a industrial company, though physical-chemical analysis,such as:macro-fracture analysis,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test and microstructure examination,the results are:some major chemical compositions exceed the standard,the impact toughness is lower than the standard,the hardness is higher.The microstructure have micro shrinkage cavity,lots of large undissolved carbides aggregate along the crystal boundaries and have dendrite crystals significantly.So that the reasons of the hammer burst are closely related to smelting composition and heat treatment,which are the internal causes.Size changes and the use technology are external causes.
