摘  要:变电站运行人员在倒闸操作过程中,因微机五防机械编码锁开启故障造成操作延时、中断甚至解锁的现象占有较高的比率,严重影响到电力系统的安全稳定运行。由笔者研发的加装锁具防护盖的办法,能有效解决这些问题,提高运行人员倒闸操作的安全性和准时性。其锁具防护盖制作工艺简单,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。During the operators' transfer switching process in transformer substation,because of the opening trouble of microcomputers' five-prevention shutting locks,it would cause the operation retardation,halt or even unblocking.Since these situations happened very frequently,it seriously affects the safety and steady running of the electrical power system.This article introduces a method to effectively solve such problems,a method which is to install protecting covers with plastic spring ropes at the bottom of the locks;what's more,this method could enhance the operators' safety and punctuality;at the same time,the producing procedure is easy and it brings remarkable economic and social benefits.
