摘　　要：本文从文化创意产业创新型人才培养问题的提出背景、文化创意产业创新创业型人才培养问题的研究价值、文化创意产业创新创业型人才培养现状及文化创意产业创新创业型人才培养策略四个方面对长吉图开发开放先导区文化创意产业创新创业型人才培养问题进行分析研究。Creative industry has been growing very fast since the world entered into the economic era in 21st century.As a new industry,creative industry has been already highly valued in China,Jilin Provincial Government attached importance to it and established a strategic objective of developing guidance area,constructed a group of cultural industry bases with regional and national characteristics.This paper put forward the background,study value of cultural creative industry,the cultivation situation,and the cultivation strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship so as to analyze and study the cultivation of talents for the development of Chang-Ji-Tu Pilot Zone.
