摘　　要：本文从高校的特点出发论述了高等学校图书馆文化建设的内涵、文化建设的特点、文化建设的意义以及文化建设的实施办法,探讨了开展文化建设的可行性.本文以白城师范学院图书馆为例加以具体说明.This article discussed the connotation of the cultural construction of libraries,the characteristics of culture,the significance of culture construction and some measures for implementation in colleges and universities.It probed into the feasibility of developing cultural construction by taking the library in Baicheng Normal University as an example.
