摘  要:提出了一种基于压电陶瓷叠堆驱动参考光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)扫描滤波的FBG传感器波长解调机构,设计了对称结构U型金属支架结构,并采用两侧粘贴光纤光栅的方式,同时对光纤光栅施加相等的预应力,这种结构扩展了解调光栅的扫描范围,平衡了压电陶瓷叠堆所受的拉力,增强了其运行可靠性,提高了扫描线性度。实验结果显示:在0~200 V的电压范围内,电压和波长移动之间具有良好的线性关系,线性调谐的波长范围约为3.8 nm,解调灵敏度为0.0097 nm/V。利用本系统对温度和压力光纤光栅传感器进行解调测试,解调结果与其特性相符。A wavelength demodulation system of fiber grating sensor based on the combination of piezoelectric ceramic stack scanning and fiber Bragg grating scan filtering is presented.Two U-shaped metal brackets are designed and two fiber Bragg gratings are stuck on the two sides of the U-shaped metal brackets respectively,and equal prestressing force is imposed on them.This structure expands the scanning scope of demodulating grating,balances the tension of the PZT stack,strengthens the operation reliability,and improves the scan linearity.The experimental results show a good linear relationship between voltage and wavelength shift in the voltage range of 0 ~200V,and the wavelength range of linear tuning is about 3.8 nm with the sensitivity of 0.009 7 nm/V.Demodulating test on the temperature sensor and pressure fiber grating sensor respectively with the system,the testing results fit the sensor's characteristics.
